We are excited to share the merger of two fantastic businesses that happened right here at the Loft! Amy Fukuizumi, of Be Magic Now, and Melissa Koren, of Melissa Koren Photography, have joined forces to create You're A Big Deal branding.
SEWING THE SEEDS
It all started when the Loft hosted a panel with the Newmarket Business Association. As guests on the panel, Amy and Melissa finished each other's sentences answering attendees questions about establishing a brand message, the elements of effective design + photography, and the importance of simplicity + consistency.
SPROUTING NEW IDEAS
Amy and Melissa stepped outside their comfort zones and went for a drink together after the panel. They bonded over helping people understand and showcase what makes their brand special. After meeting again, they realized Amy's web design + copywriting and Melissa's brand photography + visual messaging were the perfect combination!
GROWING A BUSINESS
Here at the Loft, Amy and Melissa hosted a branding workshop together and they brainstormed ideas for a business name which led to the purchase of a web domain! And thus, You're A Big Deal was born! You're A Big Deal branding offers brand strategy, web design, and education for passionate individuals with big ideas.
